Regulatory and safety accountability: You ensure adherence to clinical policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements across all assigned locations.

Collaborative leadership style: You partner with operations directors, radiologists, and multidisciplinary teams to resolve issues, support patient concerns, and align operational priorities.

Strong scheduling and workforce management skills: You optimize staffing, manage schedules, approve PTO and overtime, and ensure appropriate coverage based on patient volume and operational needs.

People leadership and team development: You recruit, onboard, train, and retain technologists and technologist assistants while managing performance, behavior, and competency standards.

What You’ll Gain

Purpose-driven leadership: You ensure patients receive safe, timely, and consistent imaging services through strong clinical and operational oversight.

Exposure to multi-modality operations: Gain deep experience across MRI, CT, and X-ray operations in a complex, fast-paced healthcare environment.

Regional leadership impact: Your work directly influences clinical performance, staffing effectiveness, and patient care quality across multiple imaging sites.

Broader organizational influence: Collaborate with senior leadership to improve workflows, resolve operational challenges, and enhance service delivery standards.

Team building and talent development: Shape high-performing clinical teams through coaching, training, and competency development.
