The Regional Clinical Director (RCD) will work with providers in their assigned territory to educate and offer support to all providers: core providers, and traditional fellows. The Regional Clinical Director will work to support and implement the Wellnow Urgent Care Fellowship program, as well as support Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives and promote best clinical practices at Wellnow by supporting the Clinical Standards Improvement (CSI) initiatives. They will work closely with their assigned territory's Regional Director Operations (RDO) to maximize the quality of medical care and the efficiency of the medical staff. They will monitor the KPIs for all providers in their assigned territories and work with the team to help them meet company benchmarks and goals.
Primary Location: Will over see Indiana.

Provides orientation, training and cross training for all medical staff: fellows and new core providers, to ensure that all competencies, policies, established practices and standards are followed and adhered to.
Addresses individual or team performance deficiencies.
Clearly communicates enterprise goals and objectives to employees.
Collaborates with RDO and HR on HR matters related to the team.
Provides input to the Office of the Chief Medical Officer on initiatives, policies, and practices that support company goals and objectives.
Respond to patient grievances in assigned territory
Supports pilot initiatives such as, but not limited to new systems, new processes, etc. assigned to their territories.
