Job Title: Regional Clinic Manager

Job Type: Full-time (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Travel: 50-75%

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; current licensure as a Registered Nurse preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a medical setting required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate electronic medical records efficiently
  • CPR certification required at hire and annually thereafter; CPR instructor certification within 24 months of employment
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

In this leadership role, you will oversee the clinical and operational staff across multiple clinics, ensuring efficient operations and the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide clinical and operational staff, including performance evaluations, training, and disciplinary action
  • Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate clinic coverage
  • Monitor compliance with organizational policies, including MedTrainer and quality improvement initiatives
  • Conduct weekly and monthly chart audits and medication room inspections
  • Assist in the hiring, onboarding, and development of clinic personnel
  • Support providers in healthcare activities and assist with diagnostic or therapeutic procedures if licensed
  • Participate in and lead quality improvement activities and team meetings
  • Ensure the timely review and approval of staff timecards, reimbursements, and purchase requests
  • Facilitate seamless patient care transitions across multiple settings by coordinating with care teams
  • Provide education to staff and patients on health maintenance and compliance standards
  • Incorporate quality indicators and metrics into patient care plans
  • Travel to assigned locations for meetings, staff training, and support as needed
