10-4 Logistics USA is hiring full‑time W2 Class A CDL drivers in New Orleans, LA. Opportunities are available across OTR, Regional, and Dedicated fleets, with most routes operating east of I‑35. We provide steady freight, reliable home time, modern equipment, and a comprehensive pay and benefits package with benefits beginning on day one. Typical day on the job
Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in compliance with DOT and company rules
Haul no‑touch dry van freight, approximately 70% drop and hook, for major customers across the Eastern U.S.
Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments
Keep accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs
Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members
Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
Who we are looking for
Valid Class A CDL
Experienced drivers are welcome; new graduates with at least 120 training hours are eligible for the paid training program
Satisfactory driving record and strong safety focus
Able to pass DOT physical and pre‑employment drug test
