10-4 Logistics USA is hiring full‑time W‑2 Class A CDL drivers based in Alexandria, LA. Opportunities are available across OTR, Regional, and Dedicated fleets, with most routes operating east of I‑35. We hire experienced drivers and recent CDL school graduates through a paid training program for qualified candidates with at least 120 hours of instruction.

Compensation
- Earn $1,400 to $1,800 per week, paid by direct deposit every Friday. Exact pay depends on experience and route assignment.

Paid training
- Fully paid three‑ to five‑week training program for new graduates who meet the minimum 120 hours of instruction requirement.
Home time
- Weekly or every two weeks depending on fleet assignment.
Typical day on the job
- Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in compliance with DOT and company regulations
- Haul no‑touch dry van freight, approximately 70% drop and hook, for major customers across the Eastern U.S.
- Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments
- Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members
- Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections

- Valid Class A CDL
