Keep your miles close to home while enjoying the consistency of a dedicated Texas account. LEM Trucking is hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for routes centered around the Dallas and Houston freight corridor, providing steady work, dependable scheduling, and weekly home time.
Drivers operate on a dedicated account serving customers throughout Texas and portions of Oklahoma. The account offers reliable freight volume and familiar delivery patterns that allow drivers to build an efficient weekly routine.
This position includes unloading freight with rolling u-carts, making it an excellent fit for drivers who prefer staying active throughout the day instead of sitting at docks waiting on freight.
Weekly Earnings
Drivers average $1,800-$2,000 per week depending on account activity and production. Qualified applicants are also eligible for a sign-on bonus.
Home time is provided every week with a scheduled 34-hour reset, creating a reliable balance between work and time at home.
Equipment and Benefits
Drivers are assigned 2019-2022 Freightliner tractors with automatic transmissions. Many units include APUs and 1500-watt power inverters for added comfort.

Qualifications
Applicants must possess a valid Class A CDL and at least three months of verifiable tractor trailer experience within the previous twelve months. Candidates must be comfortable unloading freight with u-carts, satisfy all DOT requirements, and maintain a safe driving record.
