Qualifications include 15+ years in operations, 7+ years in senior leadership, broad experience in production and supply chain, knowledge of process technology and quality systems, and proven success in large-scale improvement programs. Experience in global, multi-site environments and M&A is essential. Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
