Regional CDL-A Truck Driver - Home Weekly Reset

10-4 Logistics USA is hiring CDL-A Regional Drivers based in Waldorf, MD to operate on a Northeast regional fleet. Positions offer consistent weekly home time, mileage-based pay, and a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Drivers typically run regional freight from northern North Carolina through Maine and as far west as eastern Ohio, with home time Saturday and Sunday.

• $4,000 sign-on bonus
• $0.80–$0.85 per mile
• Home Saturday and Sunday for a 34-hour reset
• Average 1,500 miles per week, depending on hours and freight availability
• Average length of haul around 400 miles
• Up to $0.03 per mile performance bonus (up to 3¢/mile) based on safety, mileage, and productivity
• Additional stop pay, detention pay, and Long Island delivery pay
• Equipment: 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth tractors
• Benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid time off
• Top regional drivers on this fleet can earn up to $1,850 weekly

Additional pay details:

• $20 for the first stop
• $35 for the second stop
• $50 for the third stop and beyond
• $65 for Long Island deliveries
• $12.50 per hour detention pay after 2 hours

Lane details:

• Drivers run a mix of live loads and preloaded trailers across the Northeast regional network.
• Typical running area extends generally from Virginia to Maine, with common freight lanes from northern North Carolina up to Maine and as far west as eastern Ohio.
• Occasional routes outside the primary area may be assigned to maximize miles while maintaining weekly reset time.
• Drivers who elect to remain out instead of returning home for their reset may have the opportunity to run additional weekend freight for extra miles and pay.
• Willingness to drive in New York City is a plus but not required.

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
• Must meet DOT safety and medical requirements
• Willingness to handle live loads and preloaded trailer freight
