Home Time
Most drivers are home weekly
Guaranteed home at least every other weekend for a 34-hour reset
Drivers must have a safe and secure location to park a tractor-trailer near home
Pay Scale
Experience-Based Pay:
0–6 months: $0.65 CPM
7–12 months: $0.655 CPM
13–23 months: $0.66 CPM
24–35 months: $0.67 CPM
36–47 months: $0.68 CPM
48–59 months: $0.69 CPM
60+ months: $0.70 CPM
Freight
No-touch freight
Majority refrigerated loads
Mix of drop-and-hook and live unloads
Deliveries only to Sysco warehouses
Loads begin and end in Front Royal, VA
Return with empty trailers or backhaul freight from Sysco customer warehouses
Operating Area
Drivers may run through:
Massachusetts
Connecticut
New York (Albany and Syracuse)
Buffalo, NY backhauls
New Jersey
Pennsylvania
