POSITION DETAILS

  • Employment Type: Full-time W2
  • Freight: 100% no-touch 53-foot dry van
  • Load Type: 60% drop & hook | 40% live load/unload
  • Region: Eastern Seaboard
  • Schedule: Mix of day and night runs
  • Home Time: Every 2 weeks — structured and pre-planned

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE

  • CPM Range: $0.56 – $0.65 based on verifiable experience and miles
  • Weekly Gross Earnings: $1,200 – $1,500 average
  • Weekly Mileage: 2,200 – 2,500 average
  • Pay Frequency: Weekly direct deposit
  • Pay Progression: Increase every six months

SUPPLEMENTAL COMPENSATION

ENTRY LEVEL DRIVER TRAINING PROGRAM

Eligibility: CDL-A graduates who completed a minimum of 120 hours of accredited truck driving school within the past 12 months

  • Training period: 4 to 6 weeks
  • Compensation: Guaranteed weekly pay throughout training
  • Structure: Paired with an assigned mentor covering over-the-road routes, safe driving practices, trip planning, and freight handling procedures
  • Upon completion: Solo transition with starting pay of $0.56 CPM
  • Drivers completing this program are fully prepared to operate independently before their first solo dispatch

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operate Class A tractor-trailer in compliance with all DOT regulations and company policy
  • Execute scheduled no-touch dry van pickups and deliveries
  • Maintain accurate and current ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs
  • Perform and document pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • Maintain professional communication with dispatch, customers, and operations staff

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum age: 21 years
  • Valid CDL-A license
  • Open to recent CDL-A graduates and drivers with 6 or more months of tractor-trailer experience
  • No at-fault accidents, major citations, or license suspensions within the past 3 years
  • No DUI within the past 5 years
  • No safety-related terminations
  • Employment history gaps must not exceed 6 months within the past year or 1 year across the past 3
  • Pre-employment drug screening required: urine and hair follicle
