The Regional Business Office Advisor is the Revenue Cycle Management subject matter expert who strives to improve the quality of assigned nursing centers’ revenue cycle management functions, from patient pre-admission to discharge, to optimize revenue collection.
Position Highlights
*Collaborate with nursing center leaders to ensure that nursing center staff are held accountable for positive accounts receivable outcomes.
*Meet monthly with assigned nursing centers to discuss accounts receivable results, focus areas, and assign tasks.
*Facilitate training and education and follow up to measure learning progress.
*Identify, make independent decisions, and problem solve nursing center-specific challenges that hinder the timely collection of accounts receivable.
*Develop actionable, sustainable plans for issue resolution and barrier removal.
Qualifications:*Minimum of 5 years’ experience in nursing home bookkeeping.
