Job Summary
The Regional Business Manager (RBM) is responsible for driving sales performance and revenue growth across 5–7 Chapter Aesthetic studios within an assigned region.
This role serves as the primary owner of regional revenue performance, accountable for delivering sustained topline growth, improving studio sales productivity, and building a high-performance sales culture.
The RBM is a hands-on sales leader who spends significant time in studios driving data-driven strategy, disciplined execution, and advanced sales coaching to elevate conversion rates, maximize average ticket value, increase membership penetration, and expand guest lifetime value.
Success in this role is measured by revenue attainment, profitability, and the development of high-performing leaders within the New York region.
Status: Full-time
Salary: Starting at $90K+ depending on experience, plus added earning potential through monthly incentive pay based on regional performance
