Regional Assistant LNHA / Clinical Support (RN Required)
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to support multiple skilled nursing facilities in a leadership and operational support role.
This position is ideal for an RN with long-term care management experience who is interested in nursing home administration, staff development, and regional operations. The selected candidate will assist with administrative initiatives, provide training and education, conduct facility visits, and offer short-term leadership support as needed.
Responsibilities:
• Assist facilities with operational and administrative support
• Conduct remote CNA course instruction and onsite clinical training
• Perform facility visits to provide guidance, education, and support
• Partner with facility leadership on training and performance initiatives
• Assist with special projects and regional assignments as needed
• Provide short-term support in leadership capacities, including DON or LNHA coverage when necessary
Qualifications:
• Active RN license required
• Long-term care experience required
• Prior leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred
• Current LNHA license preferred but not required
• Interest in nursing home administration and regional operations strongly encouraged
• Ability to travel as needed
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Salary: $130,000 - $140,000 annually
Full-time regional position.
