About the role
The Regional Account Manager (RAM) will be responsible for maintaining the relationship and providing on-site & remote customer service to the company’s clients. RAMs are responsible for leading the operations process of Client onboarding by overseeing all aspects of the implementation of the company’s products/services within client accounts. RAMs also provide ongoing Client Support/training throughout the ongoing client relationship lifecycle. This Account Management role requires a purpose-driven, self-starting individual who excels in an autonomous (virtual) work environment and can work effectively with all levels of client personnel to meet their needs. Travel is required, mostly in-state, at approximately 80%.
What you'll do
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the company’s onboarding process with clients
- Provide ongoing training to dealership personnel beyond initial program installation
- Interact on-site and remotely with dealership staff to troubleshoot and diagnose any issues and provide the appropriate resolution
- Leverage CRM & Business Intelligence management tools to analyze data and automate processes
- Deliver on client satisfaction goals and targets
- Develop trust relationships with clients
Qualifications
- Excellent Time-Management Skills in an Autonomous Environment
- Dynamic Social Skillset
- Proven Track Record of Account Management in SaaS/Software
- Ability to Administrate Remote Training Using Web Conferencing Applications
- Experience Using Collaborative Environments (Microsoft Teams, Slack, SharePoint, Etc)
- Highly-Organized, Self-Starting, Team Player
- DMV or Automotive Industry Experience (preferred)
- Ability to Navigate and Utilize SalesForce.com (preferred)
