The Regional Account Executive is a front-line revenue driver responsible for expanding ServPro Team Landers' commercial footprint through strategic prospecting, relationship development, and disciplined account management. This role owns the full sales cycle — from pipeline generation to close — while cultivating long-term partnerships with property managers, insurance professionals, and commercial decision-makers. The ideal candidate brings relentless drive, deep market awareness, and a proven ability to turn new relationships into lasting, high-value accounts.
Business Development, Account Management
1. Identify, pursue, and close new commercial accounts through targeted prospecting, outreach, and a well-managed pipeline of qualified opportunities.
2. Manage and grow an existing portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring consistent service satisfaction and maximizing revenue retention and expansion.
3. Build and maintain strategic relationships with property managers, insurance agents, and adjusters to drive referrals and strengthen market presence.
4. Develop and execute a territory-specific market development strategy aligned with company growth objectives and commercial sales priorities.
5. Represent ServPro Team Landers at industry events, trade associations, and networking functions to elevate brand visibility and generate business opportunities.
6. Deliver weekly sales activity reports and pipeline updates, tracking performance against established targets and adjusting strategies to ensure goal attainment.
7. Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and service teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and a consistently high standard of service delivery.
8. Champion the company's culture of urgency, accountability, and continuous improvement by embodying its core values in every client interaction and business decision.
