Supervises instructional coaches, supports principals and school leadership teams, and strengthens effective instructional practices to improve student achievement and equitable outcomes. Serves as a critical connector between district academic priorities and classroom practice, ensuring consistency, coherence and continuous improvement across assigned schools.
