We are hiring full-time Vocational Support Advisors to help clients overcome employment barriers and achieve their job goals.
- Coordinate services with agencies like DVR and DBVI, connecting clients to employment and training opportunities.
- Build relationships with employers, recruit companies for programs, and educate clients and businesses on accommodations and rights.
- Assess client needs, manage complex relationships, and ensure confidentiality.
- Meet deadlines, maintain accurate case data, and respond to stakeholder needs.
- Qualifications include high school diploma, experience with disabilities or job development, computer skills, and willingness to travel. A BA/BS is preferred.
