- EPA Universal 608 Certification is a must5 years previous (field) experience in similar role preferred
- Ability to work independently/ as a part of a teamAdhere to safety protocols and procedures in accordance with industry regulations and company policies

- Documentation and reporting skillsAbility to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time during shiftCan lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Basic computer skills (electronic documentation)
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain refrigeration systems and equipment, including walk-in coolers, freezers, refrigerated display cases, ice machines, and HVACR systems
- Document all work performed including but not limited to services reports, work orders by internal software
- Respond to service calls in a timely mannerPerform preventive maintenance tasks, such as cleaning coils, checking refrigerant levels, lubricating motors, and inspecting electrical components to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
- Test and calibrate refrigeration systems using specialized tools and equipment to verify proper operation and compliance with safety and performance standards
- Collaborate with other technicians, engineers, and contractors to plan and execute refrigeration installations, upgrades, and retrofits
