Lincoln Tech is looking for experienced refrigerated container, reefer, and chassis technicians to train the next generation of skilled trades professionals.

No teaching experience required.

What You'll Do

Teach hands-on troubleshooting and repair

Train students on refrigeration, electrical, and chassis systems

Share real-world knowledge from the field

Help develop the future workforce

What You Bring

Experience with refrigerated containers, transport refrigeration, chassis, or trailer repair

Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

Willingness to travel up to 50%

Ability to obtain a TWIC card

Generator experience, AWS welding, IICL, and FMCSA knowledge are a plus.
