As Refreshment Sales Director, you'll play a critical role in identifying growth opportunities, expanding market presence, and delivering refreshment solutions that help customers create better workplaces.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Drive sales growth across Office Coffee Service (OCS), water filtration, pantry service, breakroom refreshments, and workplace beverage programs
Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to grow market share and increase revenue
Build and manage prospect pipelines through cold calling, networking, referrals, trade associations, and business development activities
Conduct customer needs assessments and recommend customized refreshment solutions
Deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and pricing proposals
Develop long-term customer relationships focused on retention, satisfaction, and account growth
Partner with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful account launches
Collaborate with Refreshment Services leadership to align growth initiatives with operational capabilities
Represent Five Star Breaktime Solutions at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows
Maintain accurate sales forecasting, CRM activity, pipeline reporting, and performance metrics
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging workplace refreshment opportunities
Identify opportunities to expand existing customer partnerships through additional service offerings
Support ongoing customer engagement efforts to maximize long-term retention and satisfaction
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
Minimum 3-5 years of successful outside sales leadership experience
Previous experience in Office Coffee Service (OCS), Refreshment Services, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), foodservice, vending, hospitality, beverage distribution, or related industries strongly preferred
Demonstrated success with cold calling, prospecting, relationship development, and consultative selling
Strong presentation, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
Proven ability to manage sales pipelines and drive revenue growth
Self-starter with strong time management and problem-solving abilities
Ability to travel within assigned markets as needed
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Ability to lift 35 pounds or more regularly and perform frequent bending, reaching, and physical movement as necessary
Must successfully pass background screening, MVR review, and drug screening
