The supervisor is responsible for hiring, training, and managing the performance of staff while ensuring adherence to organizational policies and healthcare regulations. This position plays a key role in ensuring a smooth patient journey by facilitating communication and ensuring seamless transitions to specialists or external facilities with a strong emphasis on process improvement and team development.
