DownEast Orthopedics is seeking a full-time Referral Specialist. Duties include: - Process incoming patient referrals in a timely manner.
- Obtain any necessary imaging reports.
- Obtain insurance authorizations or workers compensation approvals.
- Answer the telephone assisting patients and other healthcare facilities with any questions or concerns
- Candidate must:
- Be able to multi-task
- Be very organized.
- Have strong customer service skills
- Be dependable
Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm Friday 8:00am-3:30pm Full Benefits package: - Co-op Health Plan
