Lowcountry Oncology Associates is shaping the future of cancer care in the Charleston market! This physician-owned community oncology practice has (4) convenient locations positioned throughout the Lowcountry and is hiring this role to support Lowcountry’s vision of Caring for each patient like family by bringing the highest quality and most compassionate cancer care to the Lowcountry.
Role Summary
The Referral Coordinator / Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end referral process, including standard and imaging referrals, while ensuring all supporting clinical documentation is complete, accurate, and properly recorded in the electronic medical record (EMR).
In addition, this role provides front desk support as needed to maintain smooth daily operations during periods of high volume, staffing shortages, or call-outs. This position requires adaptability, strong organizational skills, and a team-oriented mindset, as well as the ability to travel between office locations.

This position is a full-time, 100% on-site role that will be based out of our West Ashley and North Charleston offices. Additionally, this position will require occasional travel to our Summerville and Mount Pleasant locations.
