Trains and supports staff to use data and reporting to support data-based decision making at the center level and program level.
Collaborates with center staff and the Manager of Program Services to maintain accurate records of student progress, program attendance, and required reports to meet organizational and regulatory compliance.
Partners with parents & schools to track and support student progress.
Manages the comprehensive collection and reporting of information for programs; ensures the regular review of routine processes for data collection and reporting.
Structures the database(s) and reporting to align with programming goals and reporting requirements.
Completes the regular and as needed reporting to funding agencies and donors on program performance.
Develops and manages the center program budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Community Engagement Responsibilities (10%)
Collaborates with the program staff build relationships with local schools, libraries, colleges, and other community organizations to access additional resources and support for youth.
In conjunction with the program staff, develops collaborative partnerships with other youth serving organizations, youth, parents, families, and community organizations.
In conjunction with the program staff, increases visibility of Center programs via posting of events, announcements of upcoming events and the dissemination of timely information for the development of advertising and promotion through mailings, fliers, and media releases.
