Join us! We are hiring a Recycling Programs Supervisor in our nationally accredited department Public Works Department at the City of Saint Paul.
Here's what you can expect to do in the role:
- Plans, directs, and implements citywide recycling, organic waste, and solid waste management environmental programs.
- Manages vendor contracts, analyzes performance, and evaluates service delivery. Develops policies, procedures, and program management mechanisms.
- Performs grants writing and management, including developing funding sources and tracking grant finances.
- Acts as a liaison with community groups; creates contracts and agreements for each program; attends meetings; represents the City on committees; and evaluates and monitors program data.
