Recruitment Research & Operations Associate
Boutique Private Staffing Firm
Newly created role and immediate opening
We are seeking a high-caliber Research & Operations Associate to serve as the supportive backbone for our Senior Recruiting team.
This is a vital "behind-the-scenes" role for an individual who finds joy in the details, excels at deep-dive research, and possesses a sharp eye for elite talent. You will be responsible for synthesizing critical candidate data into polished, professional profiles that help our clients make hiring decisions.
Core Responsibilities
Strategic Research & Sourcing
- Conduct exhaustive online research and "deep dives" on candidates ahead of interviews to provide Senior Recruiters with a comprehensive 360-degree view.
- Review resumes to identify the "needle in the haystack" candidates, ensuring only top-tier talent reaches the Senior Recruiters’ desks.
- Diligently verify employment dates, titles, and educational credentials across multiple platforms to ensure accuracy. Carefully track any discrepancies.
Candidate Presentation & Branding
- Draft sophisticated candidate profiles following a precise, high-standard format that reflects the boutique nature of our firm.
- Assist with creating customized interview sheets for each search, including targeted questions designed to uncover a candidate’s true fit.
- Develop "Top 10” lists of key qualities for specific roles to help align the team and the client on the ideal candidate persona.
Data Integrity & Administration
- Maintain an impeccable candidate database, leaving detailed, insightful, and professional notes that serve as the institutional memory of the firm.
- Ensure every piece of outbound documentation, from resumes to briefing notes, meets our firm’s high visual and grammatical standards.
Qualifications & Character
- You enjoy the hunt for information and are not satisfied until you find the missing piece of the puzzle.
- You have a "red pen" eye for detail. You see a misplaced comma or a formatting inconsistency, and it bothers you.
- You can take 10 pages of raw notes and a LinkedIn profile and turn them into a concise and compelling bulleted list.
- You handle highly sensitive personal information with the utmost confidentiality and respect.
- You are very comfortable using LinkedIn, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRMs, Adobe, PC, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- You learn new technology easily.
Why This Role?
This is a non-client-facing, non-sales role focused entirely on the operational side of recruiting. You will become an expert in the luxury household staffing market, working in a fast-paced, high-standard environment where your work directly impacts the success of the firm. You will join a small, high-performing team (that really enjoy working together) and become a key part of daily operations.
Schedule
- Generally, Monday–Friday, business hours.
- There is some flexibility for a slightly earlier start/finish.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual base salary range $75,000 to $95,000, commensurate with your experience
- Medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with match, annual discretionary bonus, PTO, paid holidays, and sick days
