Join Hueman as a Marketing Manager
As a Marketing Manager at Hueman, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership of the marketing campaigns in support of external clients.
This position is a critical piece of our business, so you will be responsible for developing strategic marketing plans for our clients, in alignment with the Director of Talent Marketing. You will then be guiding the team through execution of those plans and engaging directly with clients, as needed.
Projects primarily focus on recruitment marketing but include employer brand support for specific clients, ranging from content development and promotion (for example, website, email and social media) to digital advertising and sourcing tool best practices.
We are looking for a marketing professional with experience managing accounts, campaigns, and projects across all marketing channels and tactics. If you have experience working with a corporate shared services marketing team or at an agency, this role could be perfect for you!
As a key member of the marketing team, you will report to our Director of Talent Marketing but will work closely with other marketing team members and leaders within the business.
The salary range for this position is $65,000- $70,000 depending on experience.
Marketing Manager Roles & Responsibilities
Work with marketing and client leadership to develop & execute strategic employment branding and recruitment marketing plans including but not limited to: employer value proposition, market awareness, content, job promotion, audience nurture and engagement
Establish project goals and ensure all tracking is established and analyzed for comprehensive, closed-loop reporting
Oversee client budgets including campaign recommendations and reporting on actual spends
Establish consistent communications, business reviews and planning sessions with client contacts to align on project management and strategic priorities
Manage projects and individuals through the execution of efforts and coordinate generalized and specialized resources
Work with third-party vendors as needed
Marketing Manager Skills & Requirements
5+ years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing – ideally 3 years of account management or leadership experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to think creatively and innovatively
Intimate understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels and tactics
Understanding of brand and campaign budget management
Critical thinking skills for data analytics to guide optimization and critical decision making
Experience with design software such as Adobe and Canva, a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
