YOUR NEW ROLE

Responsible for the ownership of the operational end-to-end recruitment services and processes to the client(s); development of strong working relationships between sourcing and supplier enablement teams and client stakeholders/hiring managers; working with the broader RP teams and client stakeholders to manage requisition fulfilment, management of expectations and timelines, enable supplier briefings (internal/external); oversight of effective and efficient sourcing, and coordination of the recruitment process including interviews/offers and onboarding. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience working directly with a biotech company.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • 2-4 years of MSP experience, running reports and navigating the tool. 3SS experience a perk
  • Must be onsite at Radnor, PA 2-3 times a week
  • Strong excel & Office 365 knowledge/critical thinking/MSP experience
  • Strong consideration to applicants with life sciences experience.
  • Facilitate end to end recruitment solutions from sourcing to placement and aftercare as per the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) manual.
  • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment processes while building lasting relationships with key contacts
  • Demonstrate personal brand, expertise, and credibility to clients, candidates, and colleagues and  
    act as a trusted advisor. 
  • Good communicator; able to overcome obstacles, team player.
  • Desire for personal development and professional growth.

 

WHAT YOU'LL GET IN RETURN

Base salary range of $75,000 - $80,000 plus a 10% performance bonus tied to KPI achievement.

  • Hybrid schedule with minimal travel expected (Radnor, PA on-site 2–3x/week)
