The Recruitment & Digital Engagement Coordinator is a full-time role responsible for leading recruitment and digital outreach efforts for the College of Allied Health Professions.
Working closely with the Senior Director, this position focuses on implementing strategies to meet enrollment goals and increase awareness of over 14 programs.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of recruitment or marketing experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred candidates will have 3-5 years of experience in a higher education setting, familiarity with additional software like Microsoft Access, PeopleSoft, and web development, as well as advanced computing skills.
This hybrid role offers a salary range of $52,000–$78,000 and requires a flexible schedule with on-site and remote work.
