Now hiring Recruiting Specialist

Location: Kansas City, MO

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Variable/Flexible Schedule

• Monday-Saturday with rotating Saturdays
• Start time as early as 5:00 AM (subject to business needs)

Experience Requirements

• Basic administrative experience required
• Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, or office support experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude

Job Duties

• Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate staff members
• Answer phones, screen calls, and respond to applicant inquiries
• Schedule interviews, applications, and onboarding appointments
• Assist candidates with electronic applications and onboarding processes
• Interview applicants and verify application information
• Coordinate background screenings, reference checks, and pre-employment requirements
• Research candidate databases and identify qualified candidates for open positions
• Post jobs to job boards and assist with recruiting activities
• Maintain applicant and employee documentation
• Support temporary employees through phone, email, and in-person communication
• Order office supplies, distribute mail, and support office operations
• Generate recruiting reports and assist branch leadership as needed
