Recruiting Specialist

Job Title: Recruiting Specialist
Location: Edison, NJ
Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $41,400 - $45,920
Contractor Work Model: Onsite – onsite
Hours: 8 am to 5 pm, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and recruiting production and manufacturing, customer service, administrative candidates,
• Evaluating and assessing potential candidates
• Interviewing prospective candidates
• Developing and maintaining a pipeline of qualified talent
• Ensuring all employees have met compliance requirements
• Build employee/manager relationships
• Generating leads and market intelligence
• Responsible for the coordination, documentation, and tracking of new employees
• Handle Quality Control/Customer Service issues

• Prior Recruiting experience or looking to get into the staffing industry
• Ability to meet established performance requirements
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to foster relationships
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work needs, and respond to tasks with a sense of urgency
• Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
