- Prior Recruiting experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to meet established performance requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to foster relationships
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work needs, and respond to tasks with a sense of urgency.
- Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
What you'll do:
The Recruiting Specialist contributes to System One's success and the individual unit's financial success by:- Sourcing and recruiting production and manufacturing candidates
- Evaluating and assessing potential candidates
- Interviewing prospective candidates
- Developing and maintaining a pipeline of qualified talent
- Ensuring all employees have met compliance requirements
- Build employee/manager relationships
- Generating leads and market intelligence
- Responsible for the coordination, documentation, and tracking of new employees
- Handle Quality Control/Customer Service issues
- Conduct new hire orientation and employee onboarding
- Provide timecard support
- Handle employee grievances and attendance concerns
- Create and deliver employee reporting materials on time
