Job Summary: We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Recruiting Program Manager III to support large-scale internal hiring initiatives. This role will focus on managing high-volume candidate pipelines, coordinating hiring processes, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience while partnering with multiple stakeholders.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrates strong ownership, and can effectively manage recruiting operations at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage a high-volume recruiting pipeline (up to 70–80 roles)
Serve as the first point of contact for internal candidates
Conduct initial screening and resume reviews
Coordinate and schedule interviews, hiring loops, and debriefs
Maintain and track candidate lifecycle data and pipeline metrics
Build and manage reporting dashboards for hiring visibility
Partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiting Teams to drive hiring progress
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the process
Manage calendar coordination, communications, and documentation
Support offer handoff process for selected candidates
Must-Have Skills:
8+ years of experience in recruiting, program management, or related field
Strong experience in high-volume hiring / pipeline management
Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruiting lifecycle
Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence without authority
Strong organizational and project management skills
Experience with candidate tracking systems and reporting metrics
Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Strong communication and coordination skills
