Addison Group is partnering with a mission-driven organization seeking a Recruiting Manager to oversee recruiting operations and support strategic hiring initiatives across multiple locations. This leadership role will guide full-cycle recruiting efforts, mentor recruiting staff, and help drive workforce planning initiatives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Job Description:

The Recruiting Manager will lead day-to-day recruitment activities while managing a small recruiting team and maintaining an active requisition load. This individual will play a key role in improving recruiting processes, optimizing ATS functionality, supporting hiring compliance efforts, and building long-term talent pipelines. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience, high-volume recruiting expertise, and the ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination
  • Lead and mentor Talent Acquisition team members through coaching, workload management, and performance development
  • Manage recruiting operations across multiple locations while ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Maintain and enhance applicant tracking system processes, reporting capabilities, and workflow efficiencies
  • Monitor recruiting metrics and generate reporting dashboards to support hiring strategy and workforce planning
  • Partner with leadership teams to forecast hiring needs and develop proactive recruiting initiatives
  • Build relationships with colleges, community organizations, and external partners to strengthen talent pipelines
  • Ensure hiring practices remain aligned with employment guidelines and internal compliance standards
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to recruiting operations and candidate engagement
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience required, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and hiring support
  • 2+ years of experience leading recruiting teams or managing recruitment operations
  • Experience handling high-volume recruitment environments and maintaining a substantial requisition workload
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to analyze recruiting data and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Prior experience within healthcare, staffing, behavioral health, hospital systems, insurance, or related industries is highly preferred

  • This is an exempt-level opportunity
  • Candidates will participate in a two multi-step interview process
  • This position will supervise a minimum of two Recruiting team members while also carrying an active requisition load
  • Ideal candidates will have experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments with requisition counts ranging from 60-80 openings simultaneously
  • Candidates with prior staffing agency or healthcare recruiting backgrounds are encouraged to apply
