In this role, you will develop and execute recruitment strategies that attract top-tier talent across claims, tech, customer service, and corporate support functions. You will also shape the recruiting function itself: the team, the process, and the systems behind it. The ideal candidate has set up a recruiting department before and brings a strong track record of building, coaching, and growing high-performing recruiting teams.
