Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and post job opening as needed.
- Assist in scheduling interviews, managing calendars, and communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate documentation of candidate progress.
- Prepare and facilitate offers to candidates for hire.
- Assist with employee orientation and onboarding processes for new hires.
- Maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruiting or human resources is preferred.
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience using ATS platforms is highly desirable.
- Excellent relationship management skills to foster connections with candidates and internal stakeholders.
