We are seeking an entry-level Recruiting Assistant to support our Talent Acquisition team and develop into a future Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Position Summary

The Recruiting Coordinator will support full-cycle recruiting operations while gaining hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and recruiting best practices. This role is designed for someone early in their career who is interested in learning corporate recruiting and growing into a full-time Talent Acquisition role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruiters with day-to-day recruiting activities across multiple business units and locations

  • Coordinate interviews, including scheduling with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams

  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience

  • Assist with job postings, resume review, and maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

  • Conduct candidate sourcing on LinkedIn and other platforms, including building talent pipelines for current and future openings

  • Learn and apply basic candidate screening techniques under recruiter guidance

  • Prepare interview materials and assist with interview logistics (virtual and on-site)

  • Support offer process administration, reference checks, and pre-employment steps

  • Assist with campus recruiting, career fairs, and early-career hiring initiatives

  • Generate basic recruiting reports and support recruiting projects as assigned

Learning & Development Opportunity

This role is intended as a developmental position for someone who wants to build a career in Talent Acquisition. The Recruiting Assistant will receive exposure to:

  • Full-cycle recruiting processes

  • Sourcing strategies and tools (including LinkedIn Recruiter)

  • Stakeholder communication with hiring managers

  • Corporate recruiting operations within a global manufacturing environment

Successful performance may lead to growth into a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter role.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 0–2 years of experience in an HR, recruiting, or administrative role

  • Strong interest in recruiting and talent acquisition

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Professional written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)

  • Experience with LinkedIn sourcing or ATS platforms is a plus
