ABOUT COLURE HEALTH & THE ROLE
Colure Health hires across two very different talent pools at once: U.S.-based corporate and care-management staff, and international contact-center teams across the Philippines, Colombia, and Ecuador. Keeping both pipelines organized, fast, and candidate-friendly takes a dedicated coordinator.
The Recruiting Coordinator keeps every requisition moving — accurate in the ATS, clearly communicated to candidates, and well-coordinated with hiring managers. This role is based in the Sacramento, California area and works core Pacific Time (PT) business hours, with occasional early-morning flexibility to coordinate with Colure Health’s Eastern Time (ET)-based care-operations team. The role starts fully remote; Colure Health expects to transition Sacramento-area staff to a hybrid or in-office schedule as it establishes a local office presence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage requisition setup, job postings, and candidate pipelines in Colure Health’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS), keeping records accurate and current across every open role.
• Coordinate interview scheduling across hiring managers, candidates, and interview panels, including across time zones for Colure Health’s domestic and international teams.
• Source and screen candidates for assigned roles, conducting initial phone or video screens to assess basic qualifications and interest.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, from application through offer, to deliver a strong candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine job descriptions and screening criteria.
• Track recruiting metrics — time-to-fill, source of hire, pipeline conversion — and maintain accurate reporting for People Operations leadership.
• Support offer-letter preparation, background-check initiation, and new-hire paperwork coordination, partnering with the Compliance Coordinator and People Operations team.
• Assist with employer-branding efforts, including job-board postings, careers-page updates, and outreach for harder-to-fill or international roles (for example, Philippines-, Colombia-, and Ecuador-based positions).
• Maintain organized, accurate candidate and requisition records in the ATS consistent with recordkeeping and compliance requirements.
• Support special recruiting projects, such as bulk hiring for new contact-center cohorts or expansion into new states or countries.
