SUMMARY
The Human Resources & Recruiting Coordinator works closely with the Corporate Recruiter to provide administrative, recruiting, onboarding, and employee support throughout the hiring lifecycle. This position serves as a key point of coordination between candidates, hiring managers, HR, and operations teams while ensuring recruiting processes, onboarding activities, and HR systems remain accurate, timely, and compliant.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-service driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Support
Onboarding Support
Coordinate onboarding appointments and collect required onboarding documentation
Assist with direct deposit documentation and backup collection
Provide onboarding coordination support for out-of-state employees
Ensure applications and employee information are properly entered into ADP
Monitor completion of pre-employment requirements including:
Drug screens
Background checks
Follow up on offer letter approvals and assist with onboarding documentation flow
Maintain employee files and onboarding records in both paper and digital formats
