We are seeking a polished, highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to support a fast-paced Talent team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys managing complex logistics, coordinating high-volume interviews, and creating an exceptional candidate experience while serving as a key partner to recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders. 3+ years of experience and experience within financial services required.

Description
- Coordinate high-volume interview scheduling across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Manage candidate communications, including scheduling, confirmations, and interview logistics
- Facilitate complex interview schedules and provide real-time support during interview days and final-round "Superdays"
- Support campus recruiting initiatives, including networking events, presentations, internship programs, and recruiting programs
- Plan and execute recruiting events, including venue coordination, catering, vendor management, and day-of logistics
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse)
- Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, business leaders, agencies, and external vendors
- Deliver a best-in-class experience for candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Profile
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, executive support, or administrative role
- Financial services experience required
- Experience supporting high-volume interview scheduling and complex calendars
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems; Greenhouse experience strongly preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office and Outlook skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Resourceful, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment
