Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Recruiting Coordinator for an innovative, high-growth technology organization dedicated to building exceptional teams and delivering an outstanding candidate experience. This is a fully remote 3-month contract opportunity.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

This Recruiting Coordinator will play a key role in supporting a fast-paced talent acquisition team by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a collaborative, remote environment where attention to detail and responsiveness are essential. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to meaningful hiring initiatives while working alongside an experienced recruiting team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate interviews across multiple calendars, time zones, and stakeholders while ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Manage candidate communications, scheduling, and recruiting logistics throughout the hiring process
  • Support recruiters with applicant tracking, pipeline management, and recruiting operations using Ashby ATS
  • Maintain accurate recruiting documentation and ensure timely follow-up on hiring activities
  • Collaborate with recruiting team members to improve coordination processes and operational efficiency
  • Assist with additional recruiting projects and administrative support as hiring needs evolve

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience supporting recruiting or talent acquisition processes in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency using Ashby ATS and familiarity with Google Workspace and scheduling tools
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, candidate-focused approach
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

This temporary opportunity offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $40-45 per hour, a fully remote work environment, company-provided equipment, a full-time 40-hour work schedule, and the opportunity to contribute to a collaborative, high-performing recruiting team while gaining valuable experience with a growing technology organization.
