Position Overview
- Position Type: 45-90 Day Contract (Estimated)
- Location: Remote (need to be in the Portland, OR metro area)
- Compensation:$25.00 / hour
- Hours: Variable (30-40 hours per week, based on volume)
Key Responsibilities- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Source, screen, interview, and coordinate the placement of qualified candidates across various departments within the organization.
- Pipeline Management: Actively source passive candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks to successfully meet fluctuating volume demands.
- Candidate Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring a transparent, timely, and welcoming interview process for all applicants.
- Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams to understand specific hiring needs and provide regular, data-driven updates on candidate pipelines.
Hours & Schedule Flexibility
We understand that life doesn't always happen in a neat 9-to-5 box. This role offers some degree of autonomy regarding when and how you work. Flexible daily schedule and choice of workdays, provided communication remains seamless and hiring goals are met.
Qualifications- Experience: Proven track record as a contract or corporate recruiter (experience recruiting for manufacturing, logistics, or consumer goods is a plus, but not required).
- Remote Mastery: Highly organized, self-disciplined, and equipped to thrive in a fully remote, autonomous work environment.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Indeed, and standard sourcing tools.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a natural knack for building quick rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
