PGS Worldwide is seeking a Recruiting Assistant for a remote contract role supporting Northrop Grumman.
The Recruiting Assistant will support the Space Talent Acquisition team by coordinating interviews, managing candidate logistics, supporting recruiters, assisting with requisition activity, and handling data requests and ad hoc projects. This role requires strong scheduling experience, Microsoft Outlook calendar experience, customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of HR, talent acquisition, administrative, or scheduling experience.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Experience supporting a team environment and a diverse customer base.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Experience managing competing demands while meeting critical deadlines.
- Microsoft Outlook experience, including calendar functionality.
- Ability to schedule video, phone, and in-person interviews.
- Ability to coordinate interview logistics, candidate communication, and hiring manager calendars.
- Ability to adapt to shifting business priorities and support projects as needed.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience scheduling interviews for a large organization.
- Excel proficiency.
- Workday Recruiting experience.
- Eightfold experience.
- Talent acquisition or recruiting operations support experience.
What You’ll Do
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with recruiting coordination and administrative assistance.
- Schedule candidate interviews, including video, phone, and in-person interviews.
- Coordinate candidate logistics, travel, hiring manager invitations, calendar scheduling, and confirmation emails.
- Support Talent Acquisition Business Partners with general requisition management.
- Assist with recruiting data requests and ad hoc projects.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
- Provide responsive support to recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate scheduling, communication, and process documentation.
Work Schedule / Shift
- 9x80 A schedule.
- Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Remote role.
