Recruiting and Training Administrative Assistant
Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
Demonstrated computer skills (Excel, Word)
Must be available for occasional travel
Willingness to work weekends and evenings if necessary
Capable to shower into our swine production sites
Confidentiality beyond reproach
Possess a valid driver's license
Performs local recruitment and job placement for our MO operation under the direction of the Corporate Recruiter, which involves attending recruiting events at Colleges, High Schools, and local Career Fairs
Assist with training and development under the direction of the Corporate Training and Development Manager, with some on-site training assistance on our sow production sites
Providing day-to-day assistance to the MO HR department under the direction of the Sr. HR Specialist with implementation of policies and procedures and employee assistance
Other duties may be assigned as needed.
