Recruiter/HR Associate

Woodridge, IL

One (1) FT Position Available:

Monday - Friday From 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Annual Salary DOE: $55k - $65k

Key Responsibilities:

• • Manage full-cycle recruiting (job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews)

  • Coordinate onboarding and new hire documentation

  • Maintain employee records and HR compliance files

  • Support leave administration and accommodation processes

  • Assist with employee relations and workplace investigations

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws

  Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of recruiting or HR experience preferred

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices

  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
