The position involves partnering with hiring managers to manage full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The recruiter will also represent the organization at community events, job fairs, and educational institutions, helping to build strong local relationships and enhance the company's community presence. Light travel is required, with a company car provided.
