Position Overview
Humble Homecare Services is seeking a motivated and results-driven Independent Contractor to support business growth by sourcing and referring potential clients to our agency. This role focuses on building relationships within the community, particularly with hospital social workers, discharge planners, and other healthcare professionals, to generate referrals for homecare services.
This is a commission-based role, with compensation earned only when referred clients successfully enroll in services with the agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential referral sources, including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, and community organizations
- Build and maintain professional relationships with social workers, case managers, and healthcare providers
- Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and outreach activities to promote Humble Homecare Services
- Attend community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness
- Educate potential referral sources and clients about available homecare services
- Follow up with prospects to encourage enrollment in services
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and referrals
Compensation
- Commission-based pay as agreed upon with the agency
- Compensation is earned only when a referred client signs up and begins receiving services
- No base salary or hourly wage
Qualifications
- Prior experience in healthcare marketing, sales, or community outreach preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build relationships and network effectively
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Knowledge of the homecare or healthcare industry is a plus
