Location: Remote (Telecommuter – Illinois)
Pay Rate: $44/hour (OT eligible after 40 hours)
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support high-volume, full life-cycle recruiting efforts for assigned business groups. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruiting activities, delivering high-quality candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the hiring process.
The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing expertise, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Manage full life-cycle recruiting for high-volume requisitions, from intake through offer acceptance
Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates, building diverse and qualified talent pipelines
Assess candidate qualifications, skills, and experience against job requirements and business needs
Partner closely with hiring managers to evaluate candidate fit and provide hiring recommendations
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, including opportunity positioning and company branding
Coordinate and conduct phone screens, interviews, technical assessments, and pre-employment activities
Schedule interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring teams
Summarize interview feedback and guide hiring decisions
Support and manage the offer process, including recommendations and coordination through acceptance
Maintain accurate and timely updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including job postings, resume reviews, submissions, and candidate status tracking
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field or equivalent professional experience
5–7 years of experience in high-volume, full life-cycle recruiting
Prior experience in a corporate recruiting environment strongly preferred
Industry recruiting experience is a plus
Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with ATS platforms and recruitment technologies
