Job Description

We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team supporting high-volume Banking Operations hiring. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in high-volume recruiting and a proven ability to deliver efficient, compliant, and inclusive hiring outcomes while partnering closely with hiring managers and recruiting peers.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively source, assess, and recruit candidates for high-volume Banking Operations roles.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple requisitions in a deadline-driven environment.
• Partner with hiring managers to align on hiring strategies, workload distribution, and process efficiencies.
• Leverage diverse sourcing strategies to build inclusive candidate pipelines.
• Drive streamlined, compliant hiring processes that meet business timelines and quality standards.
• Use data, metrics, and market insights to inform recruiting strategies and improve outcomes.
• Deliver a positive, high-touch experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to enhance recruiting processes and operational effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years recruiting in high-volume operations settings.
• 1+ year recruiting for project management, platform/application management, or data governance roles.
• Applicant Tracking System proficiency; Workday preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
• Ability to analyze data, trends, and recruiting metrics to drive decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholder management capability.
• Demonstrated commitment to diverse candidate slates and inclusive hiring practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience recruiting in banking, financial services, or operations.
• Familiarity with high-volume models such as evergreen requisitions or pipeline hiring.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to enhance sourcing, communication, or efficiency.
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships.
