Job Description

Responsible for supporting business objectives through proactively sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top talent for positions with limited assistance from outside agencies. Identifies candidates using a variety of sources and techniques while knowing the best channels to find and reach candidates in diverse talent pools. Drives recruiting processes in a timely and cost-effective manner. Demonstrates a proven commitment to providing a diverse talent pool and a positive experience for hiring managers and candidates.

The Recruiter supports high-volume hiring needs and partners closely with hiring managers and recruiting team members to deliver an efficient, scalable hiring process that meets business demands while maintaining a strong candidate and hiring manager experience.

The Recruiter operates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, balancing multiple requisitions and priorities while ensuring alignment with business timelines, compliance requirements, and workforce strategies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source, assess, and recruit candidates for high-volume roles
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple requisitions simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiting team members to align on hiring strategies, workload distribution, and process efficiencies
  • Identify and leverage diverse sourcing strategies to build strong and inclusive candidate pipelines
  • Drive an efficient, streamlined hiring process that meets business needs while maintaining quality and compliance standards
  • Utilize data, metrics, and market insights to inform recruiting strategies and improve outcomes
  • Ensure a positive, high-touch candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to continuously improve recruiting processes and operational effectiveness

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Strong collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to work as a team player and contribute to shared team goals
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); Workday experience strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
  • Ability to analyze data, trends, and recruiting metrics to drive decision-making
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with strong stakeholder management capability
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering a diverse candidate slate and inclusive hiring practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting banking, financial services, or operations recruiting
  • Familiarity with high-volume hiring models (evergreen requisitions, pipeline hiring)
  • Experience leveraging AI tools (Copilot or similar technologies) to enhance sourcing, communication, or process efficiency
  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and candidates
